I'm just curious I bought a lincoln eletric 3200hd Mig welder, would it be able to do the job of adding the material on the intake manifold for the vortec swap, or no it not strong enought for the job.

Ok I got this convertor for free from my friend I believe it's a 27 spline, pretty sure. Is there any way tcs or some shop could convert it to a 30 spline or any way to make it fit my Typhoon or is this a hopeless cause.
