Just for clarification, the 10-1 chip uses the stock 2 bar MAP sensor. I still think that a wire came loose from the ECM connector when you pulled it down. May even have been the O2 sensor wire if removing this sensor made no difference. This situation caused me all kinds of headaches way...

That's a good point. This too happened to me from yanking the ECM down too many times. I eventually pulled a ground wire and the IAC control wire out of the ECM connector. This was years ago and quite a headache to diagnose.
