I ran the codes today and nothing came up (code 12). The next step is to either get a tuner program or go to a local tuner.

I already know that I'm a newb that's that's why the thread is titled "newb questions". I would appreciate it if you would just answer the questions instead of telling me how little I know. If you don't know the answer then you don't need to post.

I am having a lot of trouble finding 17x8 rims that have a 41mm offset. I have talked to 3 different retailers so far that cannot find anything. Does anyone know who sells these? (preferably inexpensive, even steelies would work!)

Re: My Ty-clone build thread... So I cleaned it up and took it to the nostalgia races at Atco Raceway on Sunday. They wouldn't let me in enter in the show or the race because my 25 year old truck was too new!...

Re: Noob questions... Well that is a start. I would just have auto zone run the codes but they only read OBD2.

It uses different torsion keys, so that it can be adjusted lower. It is supposed to allow for adjustment between 1-3" drop.

Re: My Ty-clone build thread... So today I fanally gave in and ordered a Belltech lowering kit. 2" in the rear and 3" in the front. The rear is already 1" lower due to Ty leafs. It should arrive on Monday or Tuesday.
