Who sells wheels with the correct offset for the front?

I am having a lot of trouble finding 17x8 rims that have a 41mm offset. I have talked to 3 different retailers so far that cannot find anything.

Does anyone know who sells these?

(preferably inexpensive, even steelies would work!)

4th gen F-body wheels work without spacers in the front. But I am unsure of what the actual offset is.
