Read the thread quickly and from what i can understand after doing all that work tune up and all you still have a stumble at 2-3 k rpm?? I get that once and a while after pulling the car out of storage as well. What about just a fuel injector cleaner or just cleanning out the throttle body and see if that helps. Ever try seaform?
I also see that you stated no communication from the ecm that of course is not good. I would recommend to ask if anyone local is willing for you to try theres for a drive and see if that helps.
