I was wondering if somebody would host my Datamaster File. I am totally new to this datamaster thing but my knock count seems way to high. Its running in the 4500's????? I donated money to the website a few months ago but I still cant add attachments. Thanks
gib74 said:The IC pump is a new Johnson and its running. Could I still have air in line I changed the pump 2 months ago. Come to think of it. I found a lot of rust flakes in the old metal IC lines, when I replaced them with rubber hoses. I wonder if the system is clogged????

Boostedpimp said:Yes,
You have to in some cases burp the system free of air by cycling the ic pump on/off
Also check the plumbing of the ic lines to make sure there aren't any kinds or extreme bends that could be restricting flow.. also are you sure you hooked the ic lines up to the pump correctly?
turbodig said:Nope. O2 codes will only throw durong closed loop. And, you no longer have a stock system.
(Pitbull chip)
What do you consider "normal" as far as fuel pressure. Watch fuel pressure under WOT to see if it droops.
Also, your boost is way low, which might be affecting your fuel situation due to the way the Pitbull is programmed.
gib74 said:Well I just ran the truck. The intake temps went from 130 to 150. It seems The hottest reading were cruising at 30mph. I dont think its the intercooler system. The upper and lower heat exchangers are cool to the touch. The IC fluid is warm at best. I am at a loss here anybody have any ideas?
gib74 said:You think I should put the stock chip back in and do another datamaster run. I'll check the FP at WOT and see what I come up with.
