Only way I had close to those temps would be thanks to my egr. It would raise my temps by 10 to sometimes 30 degrees if I was cruising for a while at the same rpm/mph which is why I deleted it. Take a look at your dm files and see how the temps are until your egr kicks in and see if it's the egr heating things up is my only guess..

When i switched over to my stock chip the egr did'nt show up on datamaster. But in my data run with the Pitbull chip the egr did kick in and my IA temps went to 170. Yikes!!!!!!

I honestly would look to the ic system again dispite how much the egr system blows.. it's doing it's job by dumping hot spent exhuast gas back into the intake track to cut down on smog and help mpg :) I'd check to make sure the coolent is full and that there isn't any kinks in the sytem. If you have to add liquid, do the best to burp the air out of the system.

I installed my stock chip the IA temps were around 110 degrees. I did a freeway run and got the boost up to 14.6 at one point. Went back home in traffic and my IA temps hovered around 130??? Any ideas??????

I would consider that to be relatively normal for an 80-90 degree day.

If you have a non stock thermostat (and apparently you do, from the looks of your coolant temps), it can actually keep the ic pump from running.

With the stock chip in it, pull the connector on the IC relay (second one from the left on the firewall as you face it) and jumper the power wire to the feed wire to the IC pump.

Check the terminals in that connector for black, arcing. They're notorious for bad connections.

I am sorry I forgot to mention my IC is hot wired. You mentioned earlier that I was very lean. What should I be running at. Also is the air fuel mixer what I should be looking at for running too rich and lean. Thanks for spending the time on a noob, I appreciate the help guys.
