There have been at least 3 other Typhoons I've seen sold on this site recently that were not only cheaper, but far far nicer and wouldn't need nearly the attention that thing will after this guy is down clowning around with it before he sells it to you.
These things break - a lot - if they're not taken care of. The payment on it will pale in comparison to the agony and the constant money you'll need to put into it to keep it running.
Get somebody from the forum who's knowledgeable to go with you and look at it. If it ain't god damn perfect for that price, walk away.
