you can check with bell intercoolers, as i know spearco doesnt have any good thin cores anymore. Back before Spearco was purchased by Turbonetics they offered a very efficient 2" thick core which fit perfect in front of our radiators.
However you need to know what you are buying. Most of these intercoolers people are using have little or no data. For example, if you look in the spearco catalogue you will find an intercooler that measures the entire front end of the truck. One would lead you to believe that this core is perfect. Then you look at the flow numbers, the efficiency, and the pressure drop and you find out that the intercooler core sucks, and is rated to 350hp.
So before you buy a core which looks good, do some research and find one that you know will work then figure out a way to make it fit.
