I have had my battery under my bed now for some time with no problems but would like to add some kind of fuseable link to the positive cable just incase something disastarous were to happen, has anyone done this? what are the options? thank you.

Re: I Give Up. You need to mechanically check the timing with a piston stop, the original marks mean bumpkiss after 13 years and you may think your timing is correct but it could easily be 20 degrees off.

Re: Stripped Propshaft bolt - suggestions please I ended up just taking a grinder to the heads, propshaft pulled off and what was left of the bolt in the pinion i was able to take out by hand, ty everyone.

I removed my abs years ago, but now im doing some work on my rear diff and see all these electrical wires running to the rear wheels, are they all abs wires? can i cut them with no ill effects? just want to make sure they are not speed sensors or something before i snip them, thanks.

I had the correct moroso mounts and they did not fit on the JS pads. So i had to open the mounts up a little to fit them on, also, after that, it turned out nothing lined up anyway after getting puting it all together, couldnt get the bolt all the way through the pads with pads bolted to frame...

When you don't reclock the powermasters one of the bolt holes is not used like in the stock setup, this causes lateral tension on the bracket and it will eventualy break.

stock sy's shift at 4600 and eat lb4 rods like candy, they suck, plain and simple. Even gm switched over to thicker l35 rods for their 5200 N/A s10s.
