Re: Why??
So you see, the price of our crank really isnt that bad. The TB guys are paying just about this much as well.
Umm.. by worked over what do you mean? I know there are a few stock cranks thru one of our vendors for $225 right now. And they have been heat treated and tested.???
It just seems that we don't get alot for our dollar here. Maybe its just me[/QUOTE]
I can kinda agree here. But then again, the coilovers do cost alot by themself.MarlboroTyphoon said:Here are just a few examples I have seen
$1400-$1600 for front suspension
Check around other boards for turbo headers. While some arnt that pricey, they are around $1500-$1800.. I would like to see where you got that price though.. IM me (Soon 2 Be Super)$2500 for a set of SS headers for angled plugs
If you wanna compare 350 cranks, sure.. let's compare.. Looks like they are about the same price for a good one. http://www.horsepowerinabox.com/HPIABV8/category14_1.htm$2500 for a forged crank

$650ish for a stock worked over crank.

Yeah.. anything over $1800 is pushing it for a set of stock heads. I'd like to pay around $750-$1000 for this kit..$2350 for a set of Vortec heads and Intake yet you can buy a full out race set of 18 or 23* heads and intake for less than that.
