TT Sy runs 9.5?

Today at Bandimere speedway in Morrison Colorado a Syclone ran a 9.5 at 148 mph this truck is a 358 twin turbo with a power shot nos system. AWD

Anyone know of this owner?

it has a v8, and it is awd.. He is on the ubb. forgot his sceenname, but you can do a search and find many of the posts where guys were trying to slam him.

I agree. Fast is fast, and I'm not knocking that. However, it's got more in common with a regular S-10 than a Sy... It just seems like that's removing the stuff that makes a Sy a Sy...

Awww Shiiittt...... That's Jason... He's a super cool guy. Weird how i met him. I was cruising in NOrton Kansas in my Sy, and he was just passing through from CO to get to his bro's and happen to pull up next to me with his wife and kids. I pulled in Loves and he followed... 9.5? WHoly Shit.

EDIT: I've seen pics...exterior looks just like a 'modded' syclone...big rims/tires roll cage ect. As for the engine...
Yes it's a V8...but who cares... I love these trucks enough to like just about anything that is in them....except 15" rims. :fadein:

I agree.. Its a Syclone... Its not the fact that its a 6 thats makes a sy a sy or a ty a ty... I would love to see more turbo V8 sy/tys... IMO its the AWD, Cladding and turbo that make it what it is..

My pressure regulator adds fuel under boost.

As for drivability, I drive it all the time even on the highway.
A couple weeks ago i took it to home depot to pick up sonme wood!!
