I made a typo. The correct tracking number is 405300410002221 I was missing a 2. Sorry about that.

Received my steering shaft. Thank you.

Anyone have any tips on installing this but will wait until the steering bearing comes in from the GP.

Does it slide off of the steering box? Sometimes people overtighten the lower bolt on the steering box. If they did you can put a big screwdriver in the gap and spread it apart. It will help the lower portion slide off of the steering box. Being on the east coast the shaft might be rusty and difficult to compress. It might be easier to remove the three bolts that hold the steering box on and move the box out of the way and then the steering shaft will be easier to remove.

Worth a shot but does anyone know if these shafts work on a second gen s10? Not sure about the connection at the column end. I don't have access to truck otherwise I would just look
