The ability to work under the truck without having to jack it up would be a MAJOR plus in my book (that's why I like changing the oil in 4X4's). Easy maintenance and LOTS of recognition rolling down the street. WIN, WIN !

hey i tightened the converter bolts and installed the starter with the truck on the ground.. no jack, jackstands, or anything.. that was pretty cool

That truck reminds me of a tennis shoe.

The multicolor being the sole part of things. I say paint some graphics on the hood that look like shoe laces. Nike swoosh on the side. Wheels will then fit right in.

You can start a new trend. I have been to cali several times it will catch on.

Viniyl stickers are cheap to have made, removable later. With the updated motor I am sure it just might be an interesting sleeper at the street races.

okay you must have gone on a diet - that truck isn't that high :rotf: :lol:

center console was there previously and featured a 7" monitor. replaced it with an aluminum gauge face for WB02 and AEM Boost Controller. Needs to be polished then black anodized next.

And of the wastegate/boost controller mount

I think the staggered 22"'s look pimped for what your going for and with the air ride, you could have it slammed or lifted...
Wonder what it would run with the big wheels?

not planning on dragging it with 22's. Got some 255 MT drag radials coming any day which will be mounted on a set of chrome stock wheels. I am tuning the stock computer with the help of Nolan (aka the stock ecm wizzard)

I thought about a 4l80e with BS3, but it's a bit overkill for this build and i'm most likely gonna do something like that for ghettosled.

Clever mounting of the solenoide. I use the same solenoid but made a bracket for it. Looking back bracket and silicone hose were a waste.

And of the wastegate/boost controller mount

yeh just an 1/8" npt to 1/8" npt union.. Then a small amount of vacuum hose going from the compressor housing to the side of the wastegate and T'd into the top of the selenoid.

22" wheels are for sale, fyi. Actually the entire truck will be for sale after i get the cladding painted, running well and enjoy it for a little while.
