this may be a long shot but I remember seeing somewhere on here that people had problems with the springs (I think it was in the wg) that they had to change out to make more boost, but like I said its just an idea. are you running lower fuel pressure (than stock) b/c of the 50# injectors?

It is internally wastegated so springs are not an issue... beside I can disconnect the feed to the wastegate and still not build boost. As far as fuel pressure what do you mean less than stock?? I am running 45psi at idle with no vacuum which is a recomended starting point for 50#ers and that is more than stock I believe??

That is some good info... all sensors appear to be working fine according to my files. I changed ECU's and it seem to be better but not perfect. I also thought the cat might have been clogged but I uncapped the downpipe before the cat and it didn't improve anything other than boost response....
