Anyone ever have a Sy/Ty vinyl wrapped? I thought about wrapping my Ty, after I saw Hot Rod TV...Skyskrap, from TapOut, had his 4-door roadrace Nova wrapped. Just thought it would be another option, depending on the cost.

in ny, i spoke to a guy at a car show. he works at a wrap shop. he said that,
1. the wrap will last 7/10yrs without fade.
2. the wrap is recommended to be removed after 3 or 4yrs so they can guarantee the paint wont have any lifting problems when they remove it.
3. for my ext s10, he said it would be about $2800-3k. that was for a flat color wrap.
when i heard the price i threw the idea out. if it was $1500ish id consider it. but for $3k, id put another $2k in and get the truck painted.
