We have two offers on the table and a number of volunteers to do the cooking so here goes:

#1 Mexican buffet. Assorted items, beef, shredded pork, all the other stuff, beans and rice, veggies, guacamole, taco shells, burrito fixins, build your own. Not Taco Bell fare, real, slow cooked, homemade stuff.

#2 Ribs and grill stuff. Dan (ImperialStormTrooper) volunteered his brother in law and his grill. He's cooked for a crowd before. His rep's good.

I have a good 1/2 dozen volunteers lined up to cook depending on which menu.

We would like to get started on the logistics. Opinions welcome and helpful.

Im a meat and potato's type of guy...and i loved having ribs last year.

My vote is for ribs!......and id be happy to help again.

But im ok with mexi food, since we have alot of mexi trucks in florida..lol

Ths weekend of the meet is the same as the Pro-Bowl. Dennis pointed out hotle rooms might be tough and he may be right. The one we usually use right by the house is listed as unavailable on those dates.

can you read dates?!

You are posting in a thread from the year 2003!

PLEASE pay attention to thread dates and quite digging up old meet threads. its 2009 just in case you had no clue. its almost 2010 just so your ready for the change.
