No, I dont hope to see him there. Guy cant even ****ing PAY ATTENTION TO DATES. He has posted in multiple threads already spanning back to 2004. Seriously?

Sorry, but damn.... its not rocket science. Plus, on top of that the attitude towards other members on here Ive seen from him is not welcomed at our meets, and I know Gary wont appreciate or tolerate it at his house. I cant believe Im really going to say this, but seriously....please dont show.

That pic is for everyone who says the trucks should come with jack stands. Driven from Cali to Miami, no problems. Serviced it, looked it over, back to Cali flawlessly.

Yeah, I am bothered by it. You have an attitude I dont like and really dont want at our meets. For the record, I am not the only one bothered by it. Ive had 4 others tell me personally to my face (not on this forum) that they would you rather not show either if your going to be an a$$hole like you've shown on here towards others.


Also, my name is Adam, not "cohiba". It's clearly labeled in my signature line. Even SYO237 is acceptable for me, since a lot of people on here dont put their name in their signatures. How about you learn some respect for forum members on here? And why am I looking at old threads? First off, when YOU post in one, it moves it to the top....im going to see it, along with everyone else. Secondly, see my name in red italics? I means I am an admin....which means I can see everything on here regardless.

Ultimately, it is Gary's call I guess, it's his house, his call.

I really don't know how to respond to this. I try to stay out of the personality wars that go on in the forums.
Over the years I've seen enough, there are people I will go out of my way to answer questions for and others who I won't even read because of who they are. I won't even read the political discussions on this forum because of the moronic levels it drops to and the misinformation disseminated. There are people on here I respect greatly, yet some disrespect others I think highly of. Many times the slights felt are from misunderstandings or minor comments being blown out of proportion.

I would not like to exclude anyone from the meet. Alcohol consumption is in moderation due to past problems we have had. One FAST member finally sold his truck because no one would help him and even vendors were cutting him off because of some drunken foolishness a few years back.

Please attend, but with an open attitude toward all. There will be some of the most knowlegable SyTy people here and even they will readily admit to learning new things still. Diffferent people have their specialities and their biases but it is a great group, smart and fun to be with.

We all have our own opinions and I'm not shy about speaking mine. A Sy or Ty is an awd V6 turbocharged truck with AC and a radio. A V8 is not a real SyTy, nor is rwd.

I'm not a fan of your writing style. I like something a little more formal, a little easier to read and to follow the subject. Typos are another matter, basic ones can slide but spellcheck is easy enough.

See you in about a month. The more trucks the better.

I hope that i don't drive 13 hrs to see some hostility between folks. If i really wanted to see that i would hang with some of the GS/GN crowds.

You want to see hostility, wait til there are 10 or 20 trucks at my house and friends show up in Lightnings or Mustangs. Nice burnouts though in the past.
