Exhaust Gaskets

I bought a used turbo and downpipe from another forum member and need gaskets for it. Anyone know where I can order some? I know the GN guys usually just use copper gasket sealer, will that work for me? Thanks...

I have never seen a syty that came with exhaust gaskets so I never used them:2cents:

In fact, the first time I rebuilt my motor, I used them and they blew out within weeks.

Ok. It came with metal gaskets but they are all rusty and not reusable. So I should be good with copper gasket sealer then?

That is what most people use to the best of my knowledge after researching it myself. The factory parts manual does not list or show a gasket.

are yous guys referring to the 4 bolt turbo flange? 'cause i got a metal gasket for mine from protech performance here near home. what i was thinking at first was the header gasket. i don't have any header/exhaust manifold gaskest and was thinking of putting some on as a precaution, if they make 'em?

It would be better to use the copper sealant to avoid any air flow blockage going the turbo exhaust. I use it on my stock manifolds against the head exhaust ports. Try to find the highest temp rating...Oreilly's would be your best bet.
