i have only put a couple hundred miles on my sy,its all stock,but i noticed a loss of power after it sits once its been up to operating temp,i figured maybe charger cooler heat soak,i crawled under my truck after some in town drivin and charge cooler radiator was cool and my charge cooler was as very warm,i tested my pump according to my service maual and it doesnt run, where can i find a new stock repalcement pump? thanks guys

Depends on what kind of pump you want? You could get a Johnson pump that flows more or find a stock pump from someone on here I think I have one left but the wires are cut short id have to look. Or you can get one from rpm or Grainger sells similar pumps buy Alittle more pricey.let me look at my stock pump and ill take a picture of it and you let me know what you think.ill do it tonight when I get home.

I have been able to rebuild them before,make sure you fill it from the bottom up to get the air out.

I've spent abouts 45 mins looking for the other pump I do have and can't find it anywhere buddy !
if I find it ill let you know but put out a thread that states you are looking for the stock intercooler pump and someone will respond soon if u don't find mine. But if you need anything ill try to help you find whatever it is just gimme pm or shoot me a text ill help track it down or might know who has one. Actually pm a gentleman named Harmon he might have one ill continue searching Alittle more tonight.

fuse is good,i had power where i should on my harness goin to my relay,luckily when i bought my truck it came with 4 gm manuals

Just because the fuse "looks" good replace it anyways just to be sure u had a fuse that didn't "look" blown but guess what it was put a new fuse in and bam the pump was working so replace it with a new one buddy! Just to be sure!
