Just got new fenders and liners, whats the best way to install them, without scratching my new paint all up. attach liners to fender first then install, or bolt the liners in first?

Its probally totaled, I slid on black ice and hit the freeway sidewall, drivers side fender hood, rad support, cracked the windshield,driver fender cladding, front bumper, fan shrouds busted, passenger fender tweaked/pushed over an inch, rear quarter panel has dent and clading is busted.
