Utah syty Meet

Hey we need a meet before winter lets shoot for oct 2-3 saturday or sunday we could all meet up at liberty or sugarhouse park. what day is better and time.?

I sent messages to some ot the Utah SYTY guys to come to a BBQ at my house in Provo. They were all interested I just never set a date. Maybe we can combine the two.

Sound good to me,didnt know there were that many here that ran still!! Sugarhouse or liberty would work well for me. Saturday or Sunday is good for me too,what time works for the rest of you?

I personally like Sugarhouse, weather looks good for both, but sunday's lookin better for me.

So lets get some things locked down so we can all start planning. Im not trying to take over or anything, just trying to help. So looking at the posts, no one has objected to asmo's sugestion of Sugarhouse Park on Sunday.
I dont know if they have BBQ pits, so perhaps we should plan something more simple, hoagie sandwiches, chips, soda. Or, Im still willing to host a meal for anyone that wants to come to my home in Provo. Again we need to decide so planning can be done.
As for time, early to mid after noon is somewhat a standard meeting time. Perhaps 2 - 4 pm.
This is my first SYTY meet so im not sure what we do at these things, show off our trucks, talk, maybe a cruise.

So like I said, im not trying to take over but, Sunday, Sugarhouse Park, 2pm, bring something to share picnic style, plan for a few hours of just hanging out with other SYTY people.

Feel free to object, but unless told otherwise, I will plan for this.

2pm sounds good, they have some bbq grills there not pits but the stand-up type where u put charcoal in, Ill start Ill bring chips and side dish like potato salad.
everbody chime in what they can bring.
Lets keep this going

I can stop by for about an hour Sunday, have family matters going on. No eating for me but will stop by and say hello.

I'll be there for a bit,found out we have a birthday dinner for my father in law around four. so may have to stay hungry.

Thanks guys for coming out it was great to see other trucks and meet u guys. we'll have to do it again in the spring
