What kind of "tweaking" did you have to do to run DM through USB? I just sold my old laptop and new laptop doesn't have serial port, only USB's so I am thinking of buying an adapter so I can run DM.

Nevermind, It was "KKBKRTPS" in Promgrammer. Not "KBKRTPS" like I was searching for. Am I correct in thinking if I have a little initial tip in spark retard I can use the Burst Knock Retard to pull a little timing on tip in? Or am I way off?

Anyone know the location in the bin or the stock setting for the *KBKRTPS* "change in TPS to enable Burst Knock Retard". I didn't see it in Promgrammer.

Has it been determined that the ECM will actually run the fuel type check or are all the Tables and Constants for Fuel Type Determination just there for nothing like the Injector Flow Rate? I didn't see anything about the Fuel Type stuff in the P4 doc. I was thinking about implementing it into...

In promgrammer there are several tables and constants referring to Fuel Type and premium fuel settings. Are these valid settings that do anything? I couldn't find hardly anything about them in the P4 Doc. Any help would be appreciated.

I just looked through a wot Datamaster log I did yesterday and I noticed on the shift from 1-2 the RPM's drop a little but the O2 millivolts go from 850 down into the 100's. They pick right back up, but the 2-3 shift RPM's drop a little and so does the O2 but drops way down (into the 100's)...

Could someone explain to me the PE tables in promgrammer. PE coolant threshold PE RPM threshold PE threshold -->kpa I am sure I am missing some too, but you get the idea. Do all of the thresholds have to be met for it to enter PE? Or am I not understanding this correctly.

So is 3.4.1 the current version? Aside from the Beta release?

Thanks, I will give that a shot. Just check "Disable CCM Handshake" right? Did you find that you had to mess with the Serial Communication Timing any? I am running an older P1 Thinkpad 770 witn Win98.l
