Cant. Never heard of either of those. I thought the only lowrider was the scrapin street freaks....which there is a regular version and a WL of that series.

When these were release it was in the early days of white lightnings. The entire blister card was different than the regular version, easily seen when found. I guess once people got wind of it, JL changed the WL traits to harder to see on the pegs without closer inspection. So for those first 4 colors, there were not any 'orange' Sy's with white lightning traits as you see today. The entire truck was pearl white, with the only way to know what series it was from was to look at the back of the card.

I only have (1) WL Street Freak..im not in the market to sell, but everything has a price. PM me an offer and ill let you know.

From what I understand, they weren't released in the US, but dumped in Canada at the local Walmarts for cheap and the eBay prices/bidders brought it up to that price range. When you want something, you'll pay for it....and I did!

Each different series is a different shade of white

I believe that these all are the same, except for the series number on the back of the package.
