Whine

Just had my 9/11 2800 stall convertor put in and it has a hell of a whine at lower speeds.
Goes like hell now but I would like some input before I take it back to the guy. Also seems to be overheating, on the way home tonight 100 miles it didn't shift into drive for quite awhile. Music was up too load.

Got it from Hartmann, been setting for a year before I got it put in. It was also making a racheting noise, but that has stopped.
