I've installed them on many vehicles, though not on a SyTy. They are a simple way to change wheel offset. Downsides: some cheap ones break, and moving the contact point significantly further from the hub bearing could have an effect on bearing life. Also, if your wheels are hub-centric, you may need hub-centric spacers or you will have vibration issues.
