We made a templet, traced it onto some flat stock aluminum, painted it and screwed it on. It looks a little different now since we have installed an air to water intercooler, but still better then the HVAC holes.

Nice, that's what I'm planning on doing, but can't decide on the thickness of the aluminum. Any tips?

Just wondering on the stock heads if they had removed the intake obstruction,the high swirl vane?
