Vacuum ball or canister

I bought a typhoon that was literally in boxes and I have been slowly putting it back together. Can anyone tell me where the vacuum ball is supposed to mount, and maybe a picture? Also, with my vacuum hoses, where is the HVAC vacuum hose connect?

If I remember correctly. The vacuum ball goes under and is bolted to the battery tray.

Now for the HVAC control hose. What I think it is but not sure. Below the wiper motor, a bundle of wires goes through firewall. Also a small plastic hose goes through the same hole. I believe that is the HVAC hose.
