It's time to start... I've been under my truck and didn't like what I saw; Some rust in frame, rear end, fuel lines, body. Oil leaks where is oil in; rear and front diff, engine, tranny, transfer case, steering, all engine oil hoses... :(
But first I'm gonna drop tranny/trans case and rebuild them. Any good ideas how to reach all bellhousing bolts, some of them are very hard... :roll:

i always take out the body mount bolts besides the rear ones and jack the body up a couple inches . then use a two foot extension with a wobble socket.

Ok, thanks for advice, and that sytyarchive is good site. :tup:
Now the tranny is on floor waiting go to rebuild.

Is there something wrong in this cross beam? There is alots of cuttings and weldings and it looks like somebody made own home fabrications to it.?

That looks like room was made to remove the oil pan more easer?? Some one correct me if im wrong, but that what it seems like to me!

Yes, I thought same too. This was made poorly and I have to repair it. :rant:

New #60 Deka injectors. Was pretty cheap, €200,-/set (~$250)

Today I started t-case rebuild. First before exploding it, I made vc test, resulted 70-80 newtonmeters which means about 50-60 ftlbs. Is it good, I think it is?.

T-case looked pretty clean inside, what surprises me. And I hadn't any issues with it, just some slap from chain.

Some update... truck was on stands last summer and still have alot to do. Frame and body painted and waiting for to put trans, t-case, front diff. rear end, suspension, steering etc. back.
Terrible mess on firewall... :
