As i tune with code59 now i want to get rid of my old tuning chips.

Verify that it is a memcal. Hypertech and Jet normally* only made chip carriers with an onboard eprom. I can reprogram that eprom, but it most likely is a piggyback style chip....just so you know.

* It is possible that Hypertech did some memcal reprogramming, but I'm not aware of it.

Sure,the chip is full functional!You can choose 10 different spark advance and boost settings.
You have a gauge where you can change the settings through a button.Maximal boost setting is 16psi if i remember correct.
