Tuning..

i've recently installed a 20G upgrade along with a manual boost controler, pittbull chip, afpr, walbro, je's 30 over, hot wired ic, shift kit. After goin to the track and doin a little tuning, i'll i've managed is a 13.3. The boost is about 17 psi and i was running 110 octane fuel. I can feel it start to pull timing out through out the run and i tried adjusting the boost and fuel with more fuel at first, then turned the boost down slightly. How ever it was still pulling out timing. Im kinda stuck on what to do...if i turned up the boost, the knock would be outta control...so im not sure if im looking at alky injection or if theres something that im missing in the mod department or if i just need more tuning..lemme know what you think

I think you should get rid of that chip, and try an ultimate out.

Running 110 octane it shouldnt be pulling time out at 17 psi. Are you dataloging it? If so let someone take a look at the runs. If your not you are living on barrowed time! What is the fp? I am running the pitbull chip with the fp set at 54psi am I also running alky set to come on at 8 psi. And I am running 21 psi. How long sence the last tuneup?

we cannot help unless we have more info. use dm or something like it. knock could be coming from anywhere. just bc you have 110 doesnt mean you muffler isnt rattling...

I don't understand this philosophy..

i'm having problems... i'll capture the problems while i beat the crap outta the truck.

I advise you fix the problem, and/or understand what is going on before you even consider racing.

Octane or not, if you have problems, you'll destroy the engine...
