Tuning with methanol question

Now that I have my wideband ive been dialing my meth in at the t3 22psi setting for now on the ultimate chip stock injectors, and it runs good little knock like 1.2 degrees (that I think is coming from when it shifts) but its def to rich, around 10.3 at wot, with the fuel pressure at 50psi. My problem is for driving around normally I keep it at stock t1 15psi and my fuel pressure is always set at 50psi and it runs great. Im just wondering for anyone that runs meth is it possible to find a happy medium between going all out and stock without always changing the fuel pressure?

Meth has a much richer stoich than gas, so your a/f should be on the rich side...where you have it should be good(around 10 or 10.5 to 1.) At least when you're at full ramp on the meth. Take a look at your plugs..if its too rich your plugs will be sooty. If they look good start adding timing and boost. If you're not making adjustments to the chip and just running the "as shipped" ultimate calibrations you are only able to adjust your meth on and ramp to "tune" things in, otherwise theres not much you can change. If you're not getting a bog or knock or misfire when the meth starts spraying you are in good shape.

yea Ive just been playing around with the settings on the alky kit to get it tuned in right without bogging down, also gapping my plugs to .027 seemed to help out alot, I just read alot posts on here where everyone had to turn down there fuel pressure alot to get it running right. Ill go take another look at my plugs and go from there.

When I tune for meth I first set up the truck with race gas and get the air/fuel ratios in the 12-1 range at all boost levels. Once that is dialed in then I add about 2-3 points of meth.
so in the 10-1 range. Some even more I set up the last one to 12,5 then added a ton of meth so teh Bigstuff was pulling out 20% fuel to stay at 9.8-1. The more meth you can run the better.
