if you have a 255/45, your sidewall will be 45 percent of 255mm tall, which should be about 114.75mm sidewall, i have 245/40 on my 18s in the front and 275 /35in the back and they are the same as the stock sy wheels , had them all side by side off the truck and maybe a 4mm difference. I personally feel you should go back to stock gears as well, these trucks make so much torque that a little taller tire than stock actually helps , why do you think they put 33 inch tires on funny cars and dragsters, plus a inch difference is not enuff to warrant changing to 4.10 gears. I put 37 inch tires on my crew cab duramax, it came with 28inch tires, and i did not change the gears, just added exaust , chip, and air filter and you cant even tell the difference now, bottom line, 4.10 gears are way to much gear for these things.
