Throttle body vacuum lines

I think i have a vacuum leak, I think I found it. but i am unsure. On the front side of my throttle body there is two vacuum lines. One is a larg vacuum line which goes to the rear of the motor and T's off. The other is a smaller line. the smaller line has a small hard connector but no tube is connected to it. There is a vacuum line zipped tied to the alternator power line and it is not connected to anything. Showed this line be connected to the vacuum line on the throttle body? or somewhere else?

On the upper-rear of the TB there are two large vacuum connections. The top nipple should be capped off, the lower nipple should be connected to the PCV system.

On the lower-front (underside) of the TB, there is a small vacuum nipple...there should be a vacuum line that connects it to the charcoal canister, there should also be a check valve installed on this line.
