Here's the deal: Choo Choo Custom's was a van conversion/ El Camino SS company,

They took regular everyday 1991 Sonoma's off the assembly line and "converted" them to Sonoma SST's. Just some Gaylord's fiberglass and rims, Pretty sure they had the Luxxus cover too.

I saw one on the lot in '91. It was nice but like 16k.
