I have take Shaun's side in this argument, after 2 tours in V.N. I've seen both sides of it and reguardless off the reason a person is still responsible for their actions.

Kinda quiet regarding posts 37 and/or 39.

I am a reasonable person so don't be afraid to answer the questions. Use caution however not to incriminate yourself :).

Suppose your wife (or husband) curses you out and to vent, you go out and drive 80 mph. In the process, you are cited by a State Trooper for speeding. Who is guilty of the offense? Whose fault was it that this action occured?

Women curse at men? And it is YOUR fault for allowing your wife to use fowl language.

Love how many pics they guy posted on the ebay ad. Im gonna go redline the shit out of my POS until it blows up, who cares, its just a damn freaking metal box!

I think that suicide is usually a chicken shit way out too, but I've never been faced with a situation where I felt it necessary to make that decision. I agree with you T-Bone, about that. What I don't agree with is calling him out, albeit posthumously, for being a coward. I don't even think I agree that he was a coward. Different people handle things in different ways. Because you would, or even have handled something one way, certainly doesn't mean if someone else handles it a different way, they're wrong.

Sorry for fueling the offshoot in the first place;). TBone, I respect what you have to say and your experiences as well. I have had my FAIR share of Afghanistan, and I'm just going off of what I see today and experience while deployed. I, luckily, have an amazing wife who is as strong as us who have been through combat and haven't had to deal with marital problems. I have way too many friends who have deployed 5 or more times and have seen their marriage/family succumb. Do I think that that scenario/burden falls at the military's feet? Definitely. Sure you can say that "the person should have gotten out of the service if it was affecting his family that bad", I just don't think it is that cut and dry to "woulda, coulda, shoulda" it.
That's it from me brother, no hard feelings, I am just not smelling what you are steppin' in! Lol:tup:

Hope the Typhoon goes to an enthusiast.

The manufacturer of the vehicle for not putting in sensors to detect a hostile driver with road rage. They should be sued

You get fired from your job and have no income so you go rob Piggly-Wiggly of some hot-dogs. In the process, you are charged with breaking/entering and theft. Who is to blame? The employer for firing you?????

Your ex boss is too blame. Because he married a hot skank wife that cheated on her husband( your ex boss).

Now you have your answers, a bit on the smart assed side.

In all truth, the person driving the car is totally responsible for their actions.

Also for robbing a piggly wiggly, shouldn't have to rob anything. With Obama in charge just go on welfare.

I hear you and no hard feelings on my end either. I enjoy a profitable discussion, especially when it passes the common sense test. Sadly, it appears sense is not so common anymore.

Off to wash my feet now

Thanks, my friend. I just wanted an answer to validate the fact that external circumstances do not justify unlawful actions. Stay warm up North. Back on topic.....I could continue but I have better things to do.

Come on Shaun. I know what you're saying, I just think it was harsh. You addressed that though.

I could continue but I have better things to do.

I think you said something like that already. ;)

..........but I really, really mean it this time

I haven't checked the ebay ad lately but I did bid on the truck. Hoping I didn't win it since I have 1 too many right now. Seems like a nice truck for the money though.

$6900 with 18 hours to go. Anything under $8500 seems like a superb buy to me with all the maintenance recently performed on a rare color Ty. I will have to discipline myself to not check on it again until 19 hours have passed.

Re: the garnet burnout ty LOL (on ebay)

Whew! lol. Haven't been able to get on here for a week or so as I've been busy with work.
When I bought the Ty I was given an earful about everything that happened with their kid, I will leave it at that and get to the Ty :D

Yes a little updating and maintenance is an understatement. Over 8k into her before all was said and done. Of course before buying the Ty I had already seen the "burnout" video and knew a little about the situation. There also seemed to be a handful of burnout videos on YouTube from other Tys and Sys as well so it seems that wasn't the only owner to do it lol......well maybe the only one with a Garnet :D

Being that my dad owned a Sy back in 01'-03' I was already familiar with these badass rides and what to look for. I'm it still on the quest to get his Sy if it ever surfaces for sale that is, but couldn't pass up getting this Ty. I've had second thoughts about selling her as the more I see it everyday the more attached i'm getting.
It is in superb condition both cosmetic and mechanical. I'm hoping it go's to someone with the same passion. As for me I will eventually find the Sy:tup:
