Texas/OK nats caravan

I thought there was a topic on this aleady, but couldn't find it so its time for a new one. Me, my dad and brother are going to Nats in the 'phoon and will probably be leaving from DFW. Who else from TX and OK are going?

Tyler (we need to get that truck running)
Jeremy ? we could all stop at the restaurant and eat for free ;)
Servando ?
Rudy ?

I know there are a alot more in TX/OK, so chime in. Maybe we could have a decent turnout. Step up to the plate folks.

We're hopin to get a caravan comin from the West coast to make the trip, so hopefully we could meet up with you guys in Texas?

the more the better. Are yall planning on driving to DFW and then north? it would be killer if we could get 10-15 trucks. wishful thinking, but maybe it could happen. how many from the west coast are planning on coming?

Depends when you guys are gonna leave? Mandy and I plan to head out friday morning around 7 am or so?... Still early though so whatever w/me, its all good :tup:

i'm down!!! are you guys driving your syty or towing it? i trust my sy, but it's very limited what or who i can take with me....towing, on the other hand, sucks...decisions, decisions....sounds like fun though...i guess if you tow, you can race your truck, worry free....and if you drive it there, you need to think twice about racing!!.... :)

Werd, I'll be driving ~900 miles and am having second thoughts about racing it :eek: . I am also thinking about bringing an extra ass along so when mine falls off from driving 18 hours straight my shorts will stay on. :cool:

We should all meet at the Lakeside on thursday evening and eat all the food/drink all the beer/shut the place down :rock: :rotf:

I'll be going becuase i'll be done with my Ford training in early May and the last three years i havent been able to go becuase of school. This year i will be driving the Ty up to KC and im sure Jack will be going in his Ty and Aberham might attend with his Sy. Thats all three of us in Houston :lol: We can meet up with the Bruce, Servando and Jim. That would be 6 trucks cruising to the DFW area to meet up with more peeps from the south.

I also know of a couple trucks in Oklahoma that may attend. We will have to vist Jeremy's resterauant and he can feed all 12+ of us :eek: :lol:

Sounds like a plan :tup: :rock:

we are driving the phoon. probably not going to race it when we get there though, considering it breaks when you look at it the wrong way. :roll:

Anymore ideas? I'll be heading out thursday night around 9 PM'ish but you guys are more than welcomed to come by... :tup:

Sounds like Aberham and Jack wont be able to attend this year. It will be my first time showing up, looking forward to meeting everyone.

im still not certian if im going to go or not. ill have to wait till it gets closer. but if i do go then i would like to travel in the syty rally up there. lol

Got my room reserved, oh yea, a vacation to do what im always doing at home. This will be my first nats and im stoked. It just sucks that the Sy cant make it this year. So where and hell are us Austin,San antonio, Houston guy's going to meet and start heading towards DFW? Im leaving early in the morning on the 9th.

Okay all you Damn Texans,
Myself, Al, ans Steve will be leaving hopefully thursday morning form Austin. We want to be in DFW @ 8:00am. Al is bringing #2 and I will bring #1. We are planning to meet up with whomever we find hanging out on IH35. I don't know the status on Steve yet, but I wiull keep you posted!

Im planning on heading out early morning thursday also from Houston. I'd have to look at a map but we could meet up on I-45 before it hits DFW. If it runs straight into DFW then we could meet up in the DFW area. Might work somthing out from leaving with you guy's from Austin. I'll have to make a few calls to see if i can crash at a friends. He actually lives in Ceder Park or the other is in Georgetown. Let me know if you guy's are going to be hitting I-45 before dallas. Also, are we meeting Tyler and others in the DFW area? Cant miss me im in the Teal Typhoon.
