Tach flutter with Progressive Alky kit...

I'm running, AFPR, walbro fuel pump, Razor's Progressive Alky kit, ultimate v7, ATR aux cooler kit & cat-back. Everything else relavent is stock: turbo, heads, cam, injectors, convertor.

I'm getting tach flutter around 4k rpm. The alky kit is stock out of the box.
Chip setting is t1-16. The Fuel pressure is about 38psi.

Can anyone tell me where I should start tuning.

I'm going to run a DM scan on it tomorrow.

Does the tach flutter ONLY happen when the kit is spraying?
Or does it happen even when it is off?

Tach flutter is 99% ignition something or other.

If it is only when the kit is spraying its emi from the extra pump making its way back into the wiring.
In that case you can use a capacitor to filter out the noise.

Yeah Loeryder, its when the alcohol is being sprayed. Razor also suggested jumpering a capacitor across the PAC's power leads.
