Syclone won't start

So I drive my truck to work runs fine getting there, I get in it to go home and it won't start just clicks. Where to begin?

Sounds like a weak battery or check your grounds and connections

Battery voltage check, starter and battery cable connection check. Pull starter and check it off truck. Check solenoid, and fuses. Lots of checks you can do to see what's going on.

Purple wire melted.

Could be the notorious starter purple wire that gets hot and burned up on these trucks. The best solution is to install a remote solonoid like the 1 pictured + new heavy gauge purple wire..

This is what I'd suggest too. Even if its not the problem, its good to have one anyways and its cheap. It cured my gray truck that had the click for a couple years. Fires up everytime now.
