Syclone lowering

I searched the site for info and have found a few posts talking about how easy it is to lower the sy/ty by adjusting the torsion bars ( and blocks for the rear ). Does any one know of a site with pictures/write up showing how to adjust the bars?
I lifted my 86 4runner ( about 10 years ago ) buy "cranking" the torsion bars. There was a bolt located behind the rocker panels under the doors. Is it as easy on the Syclone? When I lifted the 4runner it stiffened the suspension. Will lowering the Syclone loosen the suspension a little?

you got it the bars are just pass the end of the doors if i remember right they were 3/4" bolts i have 3" blocks in the back of my sy which i think was a little much. i would go with a 2" drop out back. i ended up leaving the 3" in my sy and put a set of air shocks on the back for when i need to haul my quad around. let me know how you make out. im going :drinking:
