Sy rear window question

Did syclones originally come with a one peice rear window, sliding rear window, or was it an option? I've spent some time searching but couldn't locate the answer.

I think I prefer one piece rear glass for security reasons and water leaky reasons. My '82 S15 has a sliding back glass which is great for natural air conditioning.

Yep and it's syclone specific, that's why the rear window has that funky copperish tint to it. It's not *just* another s-series rear window...

Wow, I didn't realize the sy glass had a special tint. Any way to get an accurate replacement other than watch the "for sale" section? Thanks for the responses!

That special tint also has the benefit of providing "heads-up" read-outs...because at night it reflects the dash and you can read it in the rear view mirror. :roll: I don't miss that.

There is no correct aftermarket replacement window, If you want one I have a few spares
