I'm guessing it's listed on the Seattle CL because he's stationed near-by, but apparently the truck is actually in northern California somewhere. I sent an email about the truck, and got this response:

It is truck #2193. Needs new front bumper and grill, side mirror covers, there are a few cracks in the front ground affects, needs new windshield and tires as well as carpet. Long story short, the truck was parked next to a house that caught on fire so this is all heat damage. The engine was not effected so most of the work is cosmetic. The truck doesn't get started that often so it could use a refreshment tune up. No upgrades, it is completely stock. All original. The last time it was registered was 1998 in FL. The truck resides in a heated storage unit in Northern California. If you are still interested, I am willing to call and give you full details and a solution of delivery. Let me know, thanks.

My truck needs a little work. Judging from the description this truck needs ALOT of work. Things must be more expensive on the West Coast.

I was going to buy that one about 11 years ago. The guy was a meth head and it was located in a small town called miwuk village, ca near twain Harte, ca. I doubt it been maintained in those 10 years as it seems like it is in the same condition now as it was then.

The truck also sat in several feet of snow during the winter season for at least 7 of those years. I was going to buy it for $4500 then. No way is it worth 8k except the fact that it had low mi I believe
