josh..

could you do me a favor and take some pics of your exhaust setup?

i want to see how you routed it, because i am working on a side exit exhaust project that would be molded into the cladding....sort of like the rouch mustang look....

Thanks

yeah not a problem, this is side exit Version 2, the first was 2.5 the a 3 inch tip on it, it was a little more angles and came out a little more flush than this one did. this is all 3 inch no tip, I am going to get it powdercoated black soon. I asked for it to look like hte mustang cobra R.
I think it pretty close.

thanks josh..

my main deliema is to figure out a good way to route the exhaust without cutting the frame or going in between the frame and leaf pack....

and since im bringing it back a little farther than you and actually intergrating it to fit with the cladding.. i gotta do some homework and test fitting...

pics say a thousand words.

im working on cutting a 4inch square hole through the frame and using a 4in boxed toube to connect the holes then run the pipe through it, it will actually be stronger then the factory, plus it gives me the cool racy look.

the owner of the site is here in town with his wife who is going to school. my roomate (the owner of the sweet cars) was a wife to a nuclear phycisist (sp) he passed away from a racing accident. the T/A was the grocery getter and the viper was her birthday present.

i really didnt want to cut into my frame, but if i had to, id want to do it cleanly and your method is pretty much what i was going to do also...
