anybody using the 3 inch drop springs that you can get from summit for $77 apiece? are they softer or stiffer. I have 2 inch blocks now and would like to get rid of them. And get the axle back down on the springs where it belongs.

I have a set although they arent on the Ty yet.

I plan to install them this winter along with caltracs.
My hope is that they aren't as spongy or "jouncy" as the flex a forms.

Something about horsepower, metal just makes me feel safer under there.

I had them on my S-10. Much better feel, firmer, but not stiff. I'd highly recommend.

I have them, about a month now.
Twice the spring rate of my stock ones (From seeing how far I can compress them while they were on the floor.)
I did not notice a drop because the truck was on 4 jack stands for a month.

I like how they ride with Bilstiens. I put 2 inch blocks on 2 days ago. I think it is like 28" from ground to cladding at the wheel centerline.
I can email some crap pictures of before and after, but my truck has wrong size tires, so it might be decieving. 235/55/16's
