Prolly used while SNOW PLOWING. That thing is yellowed like it's been on there for years. I think it makes it fastest too. Or you can turn it on when you pass someone and blind 'em.

4. The light hanging down under the bumper is a Reverse Fog Light required equipment in Europe. Several ways to make this happen, but this is the cheapest. I'd have to dig up photos of when my Syclone had one.

Had that done to me. Some mofo had HD's installed in the reverse lights of his Lumina (that's a Saudi Holden Commodore) and flashed me when I flashed him for passing. Phat!
