This is a used fiberglass piece that came off my Typhoon. I recently bought an OEM replacement from TBone, so this one is now available.

The piece is in good but not perfect condition. As shown in the pictures, the leading edge has a small paint chip, and the underside some minor road rash. ** NOW $175 ** (Compare with $400 + for OEM replacement - if you can find one), which includes shipping and insurance to the lower 48. I'd post it on ebay IF you have that capability. There is a larger market there and they don't seem to be as particular about the fit and finish as owners are on this site (plus, it could sell for $250 or more there).
