Im just gonna go ahead and let you know some fairly useful information that hopefully gives you a little piece of mind. Dan Cheatham, from Denver, runs a Stealth70 with L35's and has run 11.4. Thats at our fine altitude of 6000'.

I would guess the heads are worth 1-3 tenths and 1-3 MPH. You'd gain a lot more with an alky kit tuned for high boost. If your truck is really stock and you dont plan on racing/modding it, maybe it's not worth the huge amount of work for such a small increase, especially if you aren't changing the cam either.
