You can backprobe the blue and black wires to check it. Same as a GN, F-Body, Corvette, and many other GM vehicles of the same era.

So if it is like my GN it is adjustable. I adjusted the GN with a volt meter before I bought the scanmaster. The volt meter should read a certain voltage at idle and another at wot. I just need to know what those numbers should be. Mine is idleing a little rough and it is bogging at wot. It runs best at just before wot. I just want to check to see if the tps is where it should be before I look elsewhere to fix my issue.

Unless you're throwing a code it's not likely there's anything wrong with what you've got.
What feels like bogging at WOT but not part throttle could just be a sign of knock retard. You really should hold tight until you get a scantool and a boost gauge.

Thanks for the link. I know the GN is a slightly different beast but my tps was "slightly" off on it and I had the exact problem as I am experiencing now with the Ty and had no code then either. Once I got the gn with in the right adjustment numbers it ran perfect. I did see the numbers in the link that I was looking for though. It won't hurt anything to check it. I'm asking Santa for a scan tool for Christmas lol. KR is always a worry with any turbo'd vehicle.
