TYTILIDIE
METH HEAD
Last night me and my friend went out and he helped me out with driving while I did some tuning. After we were done, we were taking him home and of course, everyone was out cruising around. So I run into this guy I used to race around with back in the day. I even posted the vid of me racing him and the kill story. Haven't seen this guy in YEARS. So we're shootin the shit and I ask him he if he wants to run it for old times sake.
He gives a little laugh and says Dude, this thing isn't what it used to be. Im like no?! He's all, NO!. I can hear his S/C, sounds ****ing nasty. I mean I could tell when I pulled up alongside him while we were coming to the light that it wasn't the same car. So he tells me about the S/C and NOS and blah blah blah. I asked him if he ran it at the track and he said last time he was there it ran 11.8. Sounds like it.
I told him lets do it anyway, see what happens. So we wait for the light, it turns green and I get a nice 8# launch throwing both of our cell phones in to the back seat. I would say I got about 4-6 cars out of the hole. I hit 75 and looked in the mirror and he was still the same back. I could also see smoke coming off his tires:rotf: At 90 I let off and he was starting to reel me in but was still a good 3-4 cars back. I think had we went a full 1/4 he would have passed me at the last second/tenth:lol:
We pull up at the next light and I yell, JUST LIKE THE GOOD OL DAYS:rotf: He was just laughing and gave me the bird. FWIW, that car was sick, I have no doubt that at the track he would hand it to me in every way, just shows though that you need to get that power to the ground, otherwise, you could have a 19 year old Blazer make an example out of you.
