Running 96 octane is this false knock.

Its pretty long at the start i was just looking to see if I could see anything banging around when there was lots o knock when in park. But it was loud so to no avail. At the end theres two boost launchs, got 5-10* knock in different palces. Felt pretty smooth good power but still not what it should, be. Is a boost controler the only way to stop the crazy wave of boost I have. Something else i noticed not just on my logs but pearl91s for eg. targt boost is at 6.5 for no reason it all is this a probelm? Oh yeah, so do you think i got false knock according to the reving in neutral, or is there something visable in the boost launches. Thanks in advance for all your help

Anybody? I put some rubber hose on my fuel line like hood said and I beleive that got rid of my false knock but still have some, not radical it most places. Definitly getting more power. Was suppose to drop the tank again and look for a kinked line nut i blew my heater core, so i cleaned up that mess lucky i saw it, it was just leaking at this point, dont drive it in the winter so i just connected the two hoses and thats that. heres my log with rubber hose on fuel lines
